In order to continue driving global growth, our client is seeking a top-tier Director of Integrity and Compliance who can lead our company to new heights in the competitive gambling and crypto industries.The Director of Integrity and Compliance will be responsible for overseeing all compliance and integrity-related activities within the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks in the iGaming industry, including specific expertise in Brazil’s market regulations.The successful candidate will ensure our clients operations are conducted ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Key responsibilities:Regulatory Compliance:

• Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions where the company operates.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the iGaming industry and ensure timely internal policy and procedure updates.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and maintain strong relationships to facilitate smooth communication and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.

Integrity Management:

• Establish and enforce integrity policies to prevent and detect unethical behavior, fraud, and other forms of misconduct.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance and integrity issues.
• Investigate and resolve compliance and integrity-related incidents, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.

Policy Development and Implementation:

• Develop, review, and update company policies and procedures related to compliance and integrity.
• Ensure all employees are educated and trained on compliance and integrity policies through effective training programs and communication channels.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and present regular reports on compliance and integrity matters to senior management and the board of directors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance-related activities, including audits, investigations, and training sessions.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage the compliance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a culture of integrity and compliance throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CAMS) is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance and integrity management.
• Good knowledge of English and Portuguese.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards in the iGaming sector, including Brazil’s market regulations is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing compliance programs and investigations
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the organization.
