Our deep industry expertise coupled with in-house implementation, delivery and training services makes Vistex a full solutions resource and consultancy.The Contract Analyst will ensure contract compliance by monitoring deadlines and requirements, participating in negotiations, and analyzing contracts for risks. Working closely with the legal team, the CMA will ensure all contracts comply with laws and regulations. Additionally, the Contract Analyst will maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals, and analyze sales data for trends and opportunities. Responsibilities also include optimizing sales processes, managing leads, supporting the sales team with materials, conducting market research, and planning events.Responsibilities:

  • Contract Monitoring and Compliance: Ensure that all contracts are being fulfilled as agreed, monitoring deadlines, deliveries, and requirements according to the Vistex process.
  • Contract Negotiation: Participate in contract negotiations to ensure terms are favorable to the organization.
  • Contract Analysis: Review contracts to identify potential risks, ambiguous terms, or unfavorable clauses.
  • Document Management: Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documents.
  • Supplier Relationship: Manage the relationship with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Identifying Improvement Opportunities: Identify opportunities to improve contract management processes and implement positive changes.
  • Legal Support: Work closely with the legal team to ensure contracts are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Recording Information: Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers and updating the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating with other members of the sales team and other areas of the company to achieve established goals.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Provide regular reports and insights to the inside sales team and management.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with the inside sales team to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall sales performance.
  • Lead Management: Assist in managing leads, including lead qualification, tracking, and follow-up. Ensure leads are properly distributed and prioritized.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and relevant information. Ensure data integrity and completeness.
  • Sales Support: Provide support to the inside sales team, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other materials as needed.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Event planning
