About the Position:Under the direction of the Nursing Directorate in Brazil, the Chief Nurse assumes 24-hour responsibility for managing human and material resources within the nursing unit, ensuring quality patient care and fostering an environment that encourages team satisfaction and growth.Nursing Team Management: Responsible for recruiting, evaluating, and guiding the nursing team, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Clinic Management: Directs clinical operations, develops safety standards, and collaborates with other departments to improve clinic performance.
Patient Care: Coordinates and defines quality standards in patient care, ensuring appropriate use of protocols and supervising service quality.
Communication and Interpersonal Relations: Effectively interacts with patients, families, and the team, demonstrating communication skills and promoting a positive work environment.
Education and Professional Development: Promotes team growth throughRequirements:Having 5 years or more as a head nurse or equivalent in the specialty or similar area;
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing;
Knowledge/Experience in Hospitals or hospital procedures;
Active COREN (Regional Nursing Council) registration;Portuguese
