As a Physical Security Supervisor on our team, you will: Be accountable for the building, assets and employees security, establishing and enforcing access controls systems and determining access levels for each area of the company. Act directly with our internal clients and different areas of the company, providing holistic plans and determining achievable deadline. Manage Physical Security team processes and daily activities for administrative and field staff. Create, review and update Physical Security related documentation and processe. Manage Physical Security systems and projects such as: Access Control (ACS), Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Intrusion Detection (IDS) and others related. Manage and control Physical Security CAPEX and OPEX for the year. Attend to internal clients requests, reports, audits, projects etc. Work with other Concentrix departments to achieve company goals and project. Concentrix is a great match if you: Have bachelor degree in Business Administration, Private or Public Security Management or related area. Are proficient or bilingual in Portuguese (native or advanced speak and writing) and English (advanced speak and writing). Have experience as Physical Security Supervisor Have high knowledge on Physical Security systems and equipment such as ACS, CCTV and ID. Are a confidential, committed, organized, meticulous and willing person. Have soft skills to lead and deal with other people. Have schedule flexibility to work at different time shifts, when needed. Multitasking and investigative skill. Have Microsoft Office package knowledge. It will be a plus if you: Have Spanish speaking and writing skill. Have certifications in Physical Security systems from Lenel, Genetec, Intelbras or other.
