Responsibilities:The Opportunity

  • To keep driving innovation as a strategic lever to accelerate BRAZIL growth, by addressing key consumer trends & business opportunities, delivering strategic and agile E2E solutions;
  • To continue our Innovation process transformation journey to a more strategic, agile, and digital one;
  • This professional will be responsible for managing, supporting and executing the innovation plan within the Salty and Foods categories taking us to another level of delivery, following the defined plan;
  • Drives winning execution of the calendar, for all innovation, positive choices and commercial change initiatives. Assesses Calendar readiness, highlighting risks, mitigations and trade offs and engages with Sales to ensure the appropriate focus against each project;
  • Has Innovation governance and decision-making forums to ensure that all projects are functionally aligned and that appropriate trade-offs are made between initiatives, brands and categories. Leads regular performance reviews and ensures learnings are incorporated into future projects and calendars.
  • The scope is to focus on transforming strategy into action, focusing on performance vs plan and building this area as a competitive advantage. In addition, with your strategic vision, you can act quickly when something is not on the right track, know how to correct course, test errors and use mistakes as learning to move forward.

Your Impact

  • Be the ambassador of the new E2E mentality, ensuring the process, communication and execution of innovations;
  • Prepare and coordinate innovation meetings;
  • Generate Innovation Management Reports – Scorecard;
  • Give cross-functional teams visibility of key innovation KPIs;
  • Provide visibility to the Sales team and create an action plan when necessary.

Qualifications:Who Are We Looking For?

  • Analitical skills (eg. P&L analysis and impact on business);
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills;
  • Leadership of cross-functional teams to drive agenda and ability to influence stakeholders;
  • Ability to operate within a fast-paced innovation and transformational agenda (focused on productivity);
  • Strong presentation and story-telling abilities;
