The center of excellence plays a pivotal role in supporting the business unit in sales enablement and ad operations processes and execution. Also, the team plays an instrumental role in unlocking revenue through white-glove projects to address clients’ needs. The team is focused on three main pillars: Solution Selling, Sales Enablement, and Ad Operations.About the role
TikTok’s Global Business Solutions is looking for a senior professional for its Center of Excellence Lead position. The role is a Sales Activation position, and its mission is to fuel our business growth by enabling countries, teams, and customers to achieve the most with our solutions today. This role will collaborate closely across partner teams such as Product Management, Marketing, UG, Sales Operations, MI, and Sales.Responsibilities
– Develop and lead regional projects to drive incremental revenue and scale opportunities across the region (ex, Olympics, Sueña TikTok, TikTok Awards, etc)
– Drive strategic partnerships and evangelize key projects in the market with clients
– Leverage efficient sales processes, knowledge, and best practices across GBS Latam
– Guarantee business plan execution in partnership with MSO and GM
– Lead policy discussions to unlock new industries and verticals and maximize our operations.
– Review and establish operational process to maximize Ad Ops effectiveness across the region (ex, how to scale resources on Magic Moments)
– Review Client Solutions’ team scope/ function to establish a more effective process across the region and scale best practicesQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
– Substantial experience in sales, account management/client services roles in digital marketing;
– Experience in managing projects
– Experience influencing teams;
– Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance;
– Proficient in English and Portuguese.Preferred Qualifications
