What will you doDo you want to build the future of Kenvue? As a member of Innovation Strategy LATAM team, you will drive the evolution of our innovation capability, unlocking its full potential and enabling our business ambition achievement. In this role you will work in collaboration with marketing, finance, supply chain, and x-functional teams across LATAM to:

• Implement Innovation Global Capabilities (People, Process, Data & Tools) in LATAM, while customizing Regional nuances, enabled by strong change management;

• Support Innovation Process & Governance diligence and adherence, enabling harmonized WoW across the region, while driving educational agenda across LATAM.

• Fix Innovation regional fundamentals & capability gaps (People, Process, Data & Tools), such as Execution Excellence, Speed to Market, Performance Tracking.

• Integrate Innovation Process & Governance to company E2E strategic, financial and planning cycles, such as: Integrated Pipeline, Data Governance, Integrated Business Plan, Financial Business Plan.

• Lead Innovation Data Governance process to enable innovation performance track on-time and accurately, while developing action plan with x-functional team to course correction.

• Implement Innovation growth acceleration cross-segment projects.

QualificationsEducation:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering

Experience and Skills:Required:

• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills: ability to use insights and multiple sources of data to make informed decisions based on available information.
• Critical Thinking: ability to analyze complex situations, anticipate future trends, and develop long-term plans and actions to achieve business goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and as a team-player
• Strong planning and project management skills

• Spanish (preferred) as you will connect with other LATAM countries.
