Can you?Responsibilities· Develop and implement standardized quality control procedures for inbound and outbound transportation processes across regions.· Investigate and resolve transportation-related quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformance incidents in close cooperation with regional transport quality leads.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, standardize, and support updating transportation related procedures.· Lead or participate in quality improvement projects.· Collect transportation data to monitor and present transportation performance.· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to transportation quality management.Qualifications· Experience with transportation logistics and supply chain operations.· Knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.· Self-driven and understanding how to involve stakeholders across the organization.Competencies· Attention to details and ability to identify potential quality issues.· Effective communication and people skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.· Proficient in data analysis and reporting using relevant software applications.· Familiarity with relevant transportation regulations and compliance requirements.· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.· Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.What we offerWe offer you a job in a true global and fast-moving organization with great opportunities for cross disciplinary and personal development, where emphasis is placed on the right balance between creativity and quality in all solutions.
