Job Description Summary: This position will be based in Brazil and will have the goal to support strategic accounts on Card Scheme rules and fees cost efficiency.
Job Description:
This position is part of Customer Success Managers team (CSM) and should support the relationship with the strategic merchants, working closely with other business teams to coordinate Card Scheme Programs and Rules, including fees and fines.
- Take ownership over the operational Card Schemes Fees process.
- Set up meetings with strategic accounts to discuss fees and preventive measures.
- Manage non-compliance notifications from the card schemes. Work together with our Merchants, CSMs, networks and other stakeholders to solve these cases quickly.
- Implement relevant card scheme rules updates and provide guidance to our merchants and internal teams, including Underwriting, Sales and Customer Success.
- Conect CSM and other teams involved in the operational Card Schemes Fees process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in ecommerce or payment industries, such as Acquirers, Fintechs or Card Network Company is required.
- Solid analyzing skills for identifying process improvement opportunities and an ability to proactively share feedback and ideas with management & team to help drive change
- Fluent English is required. (Native Portuguese).
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, to able to collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and merchants from varying disciplines and cultures.
- Great knowledge in MS Excel.
