Please note this is a one-year fixed term contract.

The Position

The position will be based in São Paulo/SP or Montes Claros/MG (Brazil), reporting to the AskHR Coordinator. Interacts with all levels of the business and provides strategic guidance on processes and procedures. As a AskHR Senior Analyst you will research and resolve complex or sensitive issues for employees and the managers regarding the employee life cycle, among other responsibilities such as:

  • Independently analyses and evaluates HR Services processes to determine areas of improvement, provides sounds technical and analytical support in addition to business judgement on reasons/impact of changes and implements the changes.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of Human Resources policies and practices to effectively support processes and employee inquiries with minimal escalations to HR Business Partners and/or Centers of Excellence.
  • Ensure each customer interaction is a positive one by collaborating closely with others, providing expert knowledge, and responding to employee inquiries in a timely, professional, and consistent manner.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders of all levels to set expectations on the feasibility and timeframe for delivery of solutions, delivering on commitments.
  • As part of a team, ensures 100% coverage during normal business hours. May also provide backup support in the call center to cover meetings and/or absences.


  • You hold a bachelor’s degree and previous experience working as HR advisor.
  • You have excellent command over Spanish and Portuguese. Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and demonstrate skills in PC applications, typically involving new/emerging technologies such as on-line databases, optical technology, intranet/internet, and computer software programs specific to the function.
  • We are looking for an excellent communicator, with strategic thinking, well organized and detail oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and customer service orientation.
