Responibilities
Brazil Finance Director, reporting to Latin America CFO and responsible for Brazil and the scope will be mainly:
- – Ensure accounting and tax compliance with IFRS, Brazil GAPP and Vestas GAAP
- – Tax audit in the sub-region
- – Comply with internal and external audits
- – Cash management and reporting
- – Ensure compliance with internal and external policies
- – Sarbanes Oxley controls review and implementation
- – Support, motivate and develop the Reporting & Consilidation Team in Brazil
Qualifications
Accountant with post-graduate studies in Taxes, relevant professional experience a Head of a Finance department in Brazil for a multinational company.
Deep knowledge and understanding of IFRS and local Gap
Solid knowledge and experience handling tax planning, tax optimization, tax reimbusement requests, SOX controls.
Experience dealing with banks, insurance companies, internal and external auditors and Tax Authorities.
