THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a COPYWRITER for our MARKETING team in SÃO PAULO!

This role is to join the Brand & Creative team. Our team is responsible for leading the brand’s strategic and creative work from concept to delivery – this includes overseeing and contributing to campaign development, design and implementation of integrated marketing communications that both support and amplify the brand and business strategies.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Generate captivating and attention-grabbing ideas that entice the consumer or target audience.
  • Conceptualize and develop creative content that can be effectively utilized across diverse platforms, supporting campaigns catering to both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of creative materials that align with our brand, conveying messages effectively as outlined by marketing, internal stakeholders, and business objectives.
  • Express ideas in a compelling visual and tangible manner, and provide clear and precise briefs to guide internal and external creative partners.
  • Leverage your strong copywriting skills, built upon a degree, equivalent qualification, or industry experience.
  • Confidently engage in client-facing situations, presenting and selling your ideas in a persuasive and impactful manner.
  • Engage with agencies, partners, users, and/or customers independently and effectively.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Someone with solid demonstrated experience as a Copywriter, or equivalent expertise in crafting compelling content across digital, social, and experiential channels.
  • Previous work experience as a Copywriter in the Wellness, Health, or Healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in optimizing content for various digital platforms, including social media, video, and web.
  • Exceptional writing and language skills in Portuguese, showcasing an ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
  • A profound understanding of written storytelling strategy, enabling the creation of engaging and impactful narratives.
  • A passion for writing in all its forms and for diverse channels and formats, with a talent for delivering succinct yet powerful copy.
  • Proven capability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, readily accepting direction, and integrating input from multiple stakeholders. A flexible, empathetic, and open-minded approach is essential in this role.
  • Able to communicate in Advanced-Fluent English skills
