You will maintain the good mood of the clients while accompanying them; You will hand over and collect the rental cars from the clients; You will sell additional services and charge for them; You will carefully complete the rental contract, handover the car and completpick-up report; You will check the condition of the car on handover and return (identify any damage); You will record the damages and collect the corresponding amount from the customers; You will ensure an IMPECABLE CUSTOMER CARE. WORKING SCHEDULE: Work is from Monday to Sunday and the hours are divided into shifts of 10 Hours (4 days work 2 off).
