Descrição geral das responsabilidades da função:
1. Customer Service Excellence:
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for members and guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.
- Address guests and member inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide guidance and assistance to members, ensuring they understand and utilize club amenities and services effectively.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of membership policies, programs, and offerings to provide accurate information.
2. Staff Management:
- Oversee a team of health club staff, including fitness trainers, receptionists, and maintenance personnel.
- Recruit, train, and supervise club staff, ensuring proper onboarding and continuous development.
- Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to ensure appropriate coverage during operational hours.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and professional growth among staff members.
3. Operations and Facility Management:
- Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the health club facility.
- Monitor equipment functionality, promptly addressing any repairs or maintenance needs.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize club operations and efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a secure environment for members and staff.
4. Membership Retention and Growth:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for membership retention and acquisition.
- Conduct regular member satisfaction surveys to gauge member needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance member engagement and participation in club activities.
- Plan and organize fitness events, workshops, and challenges to promote member involvement.
QUALIFICAÇÕES & EXPERIÊNCIA DE TRABALHO
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a health club, fitness center, or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and fitness industry trends, equipment, and programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with members, staff, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems, software applications, and basic administrative tasks.

Rosewood announces its first property in South America with Rosewood São Paulo. Rosewood São Paulo is located in an historic 1904 building that was formerly a maternity hospital and lies at the centre of Cidade Matarazzo, a complex of elegant, preserved buildings that were built in the early 20th century. T he site was developed by French entrepreneur, Alexandre Allard, who previously helped to bring about the renaissance of the House of Balmain. Allard and Rosewood collaborated on this project with leading international figures such as the Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel, the designer Philippe Starck, as well as the renowned Brazilian artists Vik Muniz and Saint-Clair Cemin. Rosewood São Paulo features 151 guest-rooms and 122 owners’ residences, situated within a vertical park created by Nouvel. Two restaurants, including one located on a veranda overlooking the lush hotel gardens, are complemented by a bar and lounge. Recreational facilities will include two swimming pools (one rooftop pool and one set amongst the landscaped grounds) in 2023 the facilities will be expanded and feature a large spa with six treatment rooms. The property offers a number of event and meeting spaces totaling 100,000 sq ft. For special occasions, a listed wedding chapel stands in the grounds of Rosewood São Paulo. The chapel retained the original architecture with a new stained glass window which has been specially commissioned.
