Performs day-to-day HR transactions for several assigned service lines linked to Personnel Administration in Brazil (payroll calculation, vacations, terminations, time management, among others) while also managing complex and escalated tasks. Ensure a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. Support the global set standards for HR operations and ensure that the respective business processes in Brazil HR operations adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities

  • Executes and delivers HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility.
  • Provides on-demand reports related to business processes where required.
  • Accountable for the end-to-end operations, delivering high-quality results delivering globally agreed performance standards.
  • Acts as point of contact for inquiries regarding HR related topics and delivers support across one or several service line(s).
  • Supports cross-collaboration within HR Services operations and other HR functions to optimize processes and tools and therewith promote synergies.
  • Identifies deficiencies of existing business processes and proactively recommends enhancements and/or simplification based on day-to-day experience.
  • Leads certain process improvement activities and participates in various quality control and audit activities.
  • Takes responsibility for the correct handling of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and escalations and therewith related process improvements
  • Educates customers in policies, business processes and the correct usage of HR tools.
  • Accountable for maintaining a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems as well as documentation (e.g., SOPs).
  • Complies with and autonomously performs control tasks, including 4-eyecheck / SOX checks, data protection and country legal/regulatory compliance tasks and adheres to ABB way of working.

Your background

  • Bachelor degree in Business and related fields with HR specialization background.
  • Experience with a broad personnel administration tasks like Payroll Calculation, Vacations, Termination, Time Management among others.
  • Knowledge in Payroll Accounting and Provisions. Social charges like FGTS, IRRF, INSS, SESI, SENAI. Knowledge in DIRF and eSocial.
  • Experience with the application of Collective Bargain rules and category wage readjustment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Office apps specially MS XLS. Other office 365 applications will be a plus.
  • Advanced English required.
