IT Business Systems Analysis work involves acting as a liaison between the business/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions including: Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives. Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology. Researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices). Translating business requirements into application requirements A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include: Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.


1. Execute the demands from business relating IT stuffs, looking the totally undersanding of processes, raising requisites, desires, necessities and clarify all doubts from users.

2. Manage the execution of demands from business, with chronogram for all stages, organizing the information, building flows and define the structure of solutions. Maintain the business involved in all stages of demands, with comunications plans, tests and validations.

3. Keep the systems running and provide the support for all users being a SPOC (Single Point Of Contact).

4. Be involved in business routines to understand the process and be able to suggest improvments to reduce costs, reduec lead time, improve quality, etc.

5. Create and keep manuals of systems and processes updated, with flows, screens, techical specifications, etc.

6. Be a SPOC for global initiatives and implementations and lead them.

7. Make a trainning plan of systems to users and handle it periodically with current users and a special plan for new users make onboarding.

Your Background:

  • Degree: Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or similar.
  • Agile methodologies, ERP SAP, Development tools, PowerBI, PowerApps, Sharepoint
  • Advanced English (required)
  • Intermediate Spanish (desirable)
