The role:
We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Marketing Manager who will be responsible for overseeing both online/digital and offline/events/sales marketing efforts. The candidate will play a crucial role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives to enhance sales and customer engagement. They will demonstrate expertise in various channels, possess a keen understanding of sales and industry dynamics, and drive innovation. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will manage events and PR communications to maximize brand visibility and market presence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing both online/digital and offline/events/sales channels, aligning them with the organization’s sales and commercial objectives.
- Drive customer marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with existing clients and foster brand loyalty.
- Analyze and optimize digital marketing dynamics to improve the effectiveness of the new App, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance user experience and boost conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and manage events, ensuring seamless execution and impactful brand representation.
- Oversee PR communications to maintain a positive brand image and effectively communicate key messages to target audiences.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present actionable recommendations for continuous improvement and better ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to proactively identify growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficient campaign execution.
