Position title: PMO/Project Management Lead

As the PMO/Project Management Lead you will be a project manager professional with a thorough understanding of how technical project management, digital and logistics and order management processes work optimally together. You will collaborate and partner with technical leaders within the Supply Chain & Logistics Dia Brazil, EMEA-LATAM and DIA Supply Chain function to facilitate large-scale, systemic change. You will drive delivery of projects/programs/initiatives for Roche Dia Brazil to ensure coordinated and sequenced implementation of the Order to Cash and logistics processes technology Portfolio enhancements. You will contribute to our Brazil business performance promises (market share growth, increase customer experience and profitability) by applying a balance of project management, continuous improvement, and business insights and drawing off your experience and awareness of technical and digital trends within Supply Chain Management. All while living the Roche Operating Principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure Sustainability in supply chain service and be a catalyst for digital transformation

You will drive cross-functional and strategic process improvement initiatives to develop new Supply Chain and logistics capabilities by managing inter-dependencies and risks, developing plans and solutions with team members, and ensuring baselines and costs meet project deliverables, scope and targets;

You will develop project artifacts and prepare project updates for the Leadership Teams that ensure timely and effective communication of progress against achieving OKRs, including all financial and operational targets.

Represent the region on cross-functional initiatives and forums (e.g., EMEA-LATAM networks and improvement initiatives or member for special projects);

You will strive to meet business needs by proactively driving and challenging the status quo;

Establishes and maintains strong relationships and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to facilitate optimal business partnership to support our external customers;

You will focus on developing and implementing outcomes based planning strategies that are aligned with stakeholders;

Ensure new project team members have a clear transparency of the project scope and deliverables expected following the RACI matrix;

You will generate reports, evaluate factors and risks of project and program, and support implementation of sustainability measures;

Co-creating, documenting and continuously improving project toolkits and standards for the permanent chapter organization;

Leveraging best practices from your Project/Program to other Projects/Programs and vice versa;

Assist in the management of stakeholders, sounding boards and governance groups for the respective function/ project;

Ensuring the use and implementation of fit-4-purpose project methodologies;

Job Requirements:

A project management professional with project/program management, agile and lean project management techniques.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or 8 years of cumulative experience in Life Sciences, medical and/or pharmaceutical operations groups and/or digital transformation in a regulated field with Project Management and PMO experience within Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid set up. PMI/Agile certification is highly desirable.

Background Strategic Consulting or/Medical Device or/Pharma companies

Strong understanding of Roche DIA processes and digital enablement of the end to end processes. Has awareness of trends for application of new technologies to increase CX.

Project management or operations experience involving:

Delivering objectives with regional or national scope;

A strong track record of highly effective prioritization;

Leading multiple projects simultaneously; effectively planning complex projects with strong attention to detail, incorporating best-practice stakeholder, risk and change management, specifying resource requirements and potential constraints;

Leading cross-functional teams with internal and external stakeholder management;

Experience in presenting information to others with strong attention to detail and added value;

Self-driven, flexible, adaptable and resilient, with a growth mindset;

Service orientation mindset to shape a high quality and reliable project delivery service

Strong organizational and time-management skills;

Fluent in English and Portuguese
