Job Description:

Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? We are seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team based in Brazil. As an integral part of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities: * Prospect and qualify leads: Utilize various channels and techniques to identify potential customers, generate leads, and qualify them based on defined criteria. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.

  • Conduct outreach and engage prospects: Reach out to potential customers through multiple communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms. Your goal is to create meaningful conversations, understand their needs, and present our product/service offerings.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and demonstrations with qualified prospects. Ensure seamless coordination and provide necessary information to all parties involved to optimize the sales process.
  • Lead portfolio management: Track and document all interactions, progress, and outcomes in our CRM system. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and customer information. Generate reports and provide regular updates to the sales management team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team: Work closely with our sales executives to strategize and implement effective sales approaches. Provide valuable insights and feedback gathered from interactions with prospects to continuously improve our sales strategies.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

– Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role (desirable).

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects effectively.

– Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome objections and challenges.

– Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.

– Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

– Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player.
