We are searching for the best talent for SALES INTELLIGENCE COORDINATOR to be in São Paulo/SP.

Purpose: Responsible for field sales support through business analytics activities. Provides direction for the development of analytics systems to define and support sales and marketing objectives. Supports sales management with appropriate information and insights. Creates the guidance for sales compensation across the organization based on policies, HR and new ideas to drive the business and sales behavior. Coordinate the contract area ensuring we are following processes and policies.

You will be responsible for:

  • Develop the sales compensation strategy with other areas (sales, marketing, finance, legal) for the year, manage changes and adjustments, creates the sales report and commissions, coordinate and validate other sales incentives (Spiffs, Presidents’club, etc), support Finance on sales comp demands and calculations.
  • Keep the customers and sales structures integrity for sales commissions and contracts reference.
  • Ensure pricing structure and related systems are accurate.
  • Manage sales, rental, loaning, demos, FOAs and consumption contracts ensuring all information needed is updated and cross-check business cases vs contracts match.
  • Support and coordinate Contract Tool (Top Desk).
  • Manages the Price and Contract Committee ensuring proper documentation and validations.
  • Perform monitoring processes based on policies and business compliance demands.
  • Maintenance of sharepoints for proper documentation and contract dashboards
  • Develop and deliver KPIs for the contracts.
  • Sales compensation and contracts policies and updates.

Education:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
  • Strong on-the-job business exposure (min 3-5 years) in sales, marketing and/or sales management. Furthermore, experience in the medical device industry / healthcare, ideally in Ophthalmology.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA will be an added advantage
  • Experience with processes management and auditing, contracts management, experience with sales compensation strategy and execution, compliance and legal base knowledge, experience with documentation and process validation.
  • Advanced English
  • Be available for work in a hybrid work model in São Paulo – SP
