About the team
The intern will work in the Customer Success Office mostly with actions like in the project office. Within their attributions he/she will be in charge of monitoring project life cycle for selected customers. Also, he/she will be monitoring the usage of our solutions on these customers. He/she will perform daily monitoring and orientation activities of KPIs on our SAP solutions. Activities of following customers satisfaction and adoption level of our solutions.

- Monthly evaluation of project KPIs
- Internal executive communications
- Directly interaction with customers project leaders by calls or emails
- Support on customer´s enablement on project management
- Support customers leaders on SAP Activate methodology
Who you are:
