About the team:

As a member of the Customer Success People Enablement team, the HRBP Intern will support the

Customer Successs HR Business Partners, Globally & in LAC region, to drive strategic and

operational projects and programs.

The HRBP Intern will provide strategic HR consulting, support and services to the Global & LAC

Customer Success business unit and People & Organizational strategy.

What you’ll do:

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – HR Business Partner

Location: São Paulo, RS, Brazil

In this role, you’ll:

  • Support and drive strategic initatives, focus topics and manage ad-hoc requests for the CS LAC
  • L1 HRBP Lead and CS LAC HRBPs.
  • Support the CS People Strategy and the transfomration of Global People Success Services
  • through strategic projects and initatives.
  • Support the CS People HRBP Enablement team by co-leading team meetings, global projects,
  • and bring awarness of our services to those who we support.
  • Ensure high level of deliverable quality in communications and presentations for HR, SAP
  • Executive Board, Office of the Latin America Customer Success President, executive CS
  • leadership, and our CS employees.
  • Deliver high impact data analysis to provide people and orgainzational business insights (D&I,
  • Hiring, Attrition) that enables the HRBP team to drive measurable outcomes.

  • Ability to deliver key components of the Talent Strategy across multiple locations & cultures;
  • Ability to lead global or platform programs/initiatives as required;
