Main Responsibilities:
Provide support to internal Software AG employees for Microsoft 365 services.
- Work on continuous automation, adjustments and improvements by creating PowerShell scripts or utilizing the Azure CLI
- Provide overall Microsoft 365 security expertise including Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention and eDiscovery
- Create and configure SharePoint sites and document libraries, including permissions, content types and metadata
- Manage Teams policies and troubleshoot calling and meeting issues
Your PROFILE
- Master’s/bachelor’s degree in computer science
- More than 3 years of experience in M365 technical support
- Strong knowledge in SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams
- Solid experience in PowerShell
- Advanced knowledge in Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 security services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- An open and results-oriented communication and working style
- Experience working in a worldwide global multicultural environment
- Proficient in spoken and written English language
