Descrição da posição | Responsabilidades
Design and develop high-quality software solutions that adhere to technical design specifications provided by the Solution Architect.
Create and maintain technical documentation for software projects, including code comments, system architecture, and API documentation.
Collaborate with the Solution Architect and product engineering teams to understand and translate project requirements into technical solutions.
Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support throughout the product development lifecycle.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and proper implementation of architectural guidelines.
Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive testing plans to validate software functionality and performance.
Suggest and implement improvements to existing software applications and development processes.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with the team to resolve software-related issues promptly.
Serve as a mentor to junior developers, providing guidance, support, and knowledge-sharing to foster their professional growth.
Demonstrate leadership qualities and contribute to a positive engagement and technical excellence team culture.
Perfil | Formação e conhecimentos
6+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong understanding of different technology stacks, programming languages, and development methodologies. We are mainly focused on Typescript.
Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and software development best practices.
Experience with enterprise architecture and cloud technologies is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach challenges creatively and systematically.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional, remote, and global team environment.
Proven track record of producing high-quality, well-documented, and maintainable code.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and frameworks.
Demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
Familiarity or experience with Farm Management software is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
