What You Will Do

  • Develop targeted attraction and engagement strategies for active candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, and compelling messaging, collaborating closely with Recruiting Manager or experienced TA Partners. This position is part of Americas TA COE and will participate in trainings and projects with US teams.
  • Utilize existing sourcing strategies and potentially engage in active candidate hunting when necessary.
  • Articulate a compelling career opportunity tailored to the candidate’s motivation.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess technical skills and cultural fit, presenting candidate match and value to the hiring team.
  • Collaborate closely with HRBP to make offers to candidates when applicable.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Contribute to Social Media efforts, actively promoting Stryker’s brand.
  • Manage candidate and requisition lifecycle in ATS, ensuring data accuracy for reporting, and occasionally participate in projects to enhance the TA function within limited geographical or functional scopes. This role will also be responsible for positions throughout Latin America.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting
  • Advanced English and Spanish are required

Travel Percentage: 10%
