Descrição

Fixed Assets:

• * Register tooling offsite;
• * Fixed Assets Threshold controlling;
• * Fixed Assets Physical Verification;
• * Record monthly depreciation USGAAP and BRGAAP (Monthly Reporting + Stat Adjustments);
• * CIAP controlling;
• * Prepare accounts reconciliation of Fixed Assets and Payroll; Controll the Reserves;
• * Prepare and Ensure Accuracy of FA SOX Controls
• * Provide fixed assets data for Fiscal Accounting bookkeeping (ECF);
• * Controll Record the cost of new acquired fixed assets USGAAP and BRGAAP;

Statutory Reports:

• * Prepare Digital accounting bookkeeping (ECD) into Mastersaf; and Prepare Financial Statements
• * Process Transfer Price

Audit | SOX

• * Ensure compliance with all requirements of SOX
• * Ensure compliance with health, safety, security and preservation of natural resources requirements in order to guarantee the safety, well-being of people and the maintenance of the environment;
• * Provide and Ensure Accuracy of information requested by External Audit

Perfil desejável

• Bachelors Degree or above in Accounting;
• Availability to work in Guarulhos (hybrid work model)
• Advanced English;
• Industry experience;
• USGAAP experience
