What you’ll do:
- Issue all purchase orders in our systems (PLM / Millennium) on time
- Ensure the complete and correct care label information for suppliers alongside development team
- Daily communication with PPCP, Fashion, Negotiation and Atelier teams to reinforce and assist on time approvals
- Track and actively solve any issues that might prevent supplier from starting the production (i.e. lack of trims, size breakdown adjustment)
- Weekly follow-up with suppliers to track production status, delivery dates and production capacity, forecasting potential delays in advance
- Ensure proper and up-to-date information in our systems (PLM / Millennium)
- Liaise with LO and STUDIO teams to guarantee all the samples are sent for shooting/studio on time
