• Structuring and manipulation of data through specific tools with programming logic;
• Creation and automation of reports to support business decision making;
• Identify gaps and implement improvements to the department´s internal processes and controls.

What you need:

• College degree in correlated areas;
• Expertise on data handling, SAS programming, KPIs, executive panels, business insights, smart analysis for decision making and strategic planning;
• Previous experience in financial services industry and/or Big Four Company is appreciated;
• Experience in MIS, Business Intelligence (BI) and/or Data modeling is an advantage.
• Data manipulation and Programming logic;
• Development and maintenance of management reports;
• Database, Data-warehouse, Access, SAS, SQL, VBA, Advanced Excel and Office 365 tools;
• Verbal/writing communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, listening skills and capacity to capture the user needs and transform it into organized, non-ambiguous and clear requirements.

What you will be doing:

• Our main goal is to establish a reliable and up-to-date structure for transforming data into information, providing consistent analyzes and studies that generate knowledge and competitive intelligence to support decision making and enabling the business to focus on “doing business”;
• The role of this position is to structure and manipulate data through the use of SAS/SQL, managing different data sources to encode and create reports that bring reliable and relevant information to the business;
• Understand the Business need for information, document the business rules and manage results based on a Service Level Agreement;
• Generation of periodic and AdHoc reports – 50%;
• Structured data handling – 30%;
