• Day-to-day handling of owned network issues tracking and be the main point of contact for relevant themes that impact the effectiveness of our network.
• Provides research, root cause and action plans to address system process gaps.
• Supports owned location network in resolution activities, include addressing stores complaints and investigating system process failures.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of retail or related experience.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Proven record of problem solving using analytical knowledge to make recommendations.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Teamwork attitude.
• Advanced English is required.
