Descrição da Vaga: Meta is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth throughout our monetization products including WhatsApp Business Messaging, Shops, and Ad solutions. This individual will work within a team of high-performing business development managers focused on deepening engagement with third-party partners to unlock new revenue opportunities and solve complex business problems in a global environment. To succeed in this role, the candidate must be able to build meaningful relationships with ecosystem stakeholders and engage with senior executives at the C-suite level to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Additionally, the individual must be able to drive results cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, marketing, and operations teams to expand capabilities, optimize user experience, and reduce barriers to partner success. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital advertising and excited about opportunities to creatively solve problems for both our partners and advertisers. Experience in digital advertising, marketplaces, or enterprise messaging is a plus. This is a full-time role based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.Business Development Manager, LATAM ResponsibilitiesLead our LATAM business development initiatives across our portfolio of monetization products.Build relationships with business communication, customer management, and marketplace platforms.Identify new partners and negotiate business and technical terms.Collaborate with product and engineering to identify and implement growth opportunities.Inform, influence, support, and execute key product development decisions.Track, analyze, influence, and communicate key metrics to build opportunities and experiences that create scale and meaningful ecosystem value.Minimum Qualifications10+ years experience within the digital advertising, messaging, business development or adjacent roles.Experience communicating ideas to external and internal audiences around partnership opportunities for Meta.Ability to influence ideas and goals across organizations.Quantitative and qualitative analytical experience.Rapid learner who thrives in 0-to-1 product development coupled with knowledge of operating principles.Experience engaging with senior executives at C-level of any partner organizationPreferred QualificationsMBA or MS Degree or equivalent experience.LocationsAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
