Join PepsiCo, dare for better. Responsibilities:The OpportunityThis role is the conduit for local Management regarding all items related to Internal Control and External Audit.Your Impact

• Preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet; P&L; OCF; etc.) and consolidated and combined disclousure notes of the Group;
• Support in the preparation of internal management reports;
• Closing and preparation of the Cause of Change of the P&L Variations against the AOP, FCST and YAGO scenarios to discuss with leadership and areas;
• Report Sox – conducting tests to report to the Audit;
• Report and analysis of HFM system data;
• Monthly / quarter / annual analysis of Balance Sheet;
• Application and development of KPIs;
• Application of the concept of continuous improvement and process automation in the area;
• Guide/support the Mexico team regarding the development of operational activities;
• Support the management and coordination of the area in matters related to accounting standards applied in Brazil, IFRS and USGAAP.

Qualifications:Who Are We Looking For?

• Control experience or internal / external audit experience
• Team player with excellent interpersonal relationships with peers, co-workers and managers from other countries and cultures
• Self-motivated, ability to effectively manage time and to meet agreed upon objectives autonomously
• Ability to work under pressure with a results focus and to persuade others when necessary
• Excellent level of assertive communication both orally and written
• Flexible and proactive when facing change
