• Provide legal counsel and support in all areas related to IP, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience in IP laws for LATAM countries to guide and advise the LATAM organization.
• Lead projects and demonstrate strong execution skills to drive successful outcomes.
• Take a proactive and practical approach to problem-solving on different IP challenges and other related matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence peers in LATAM Affiliates ton the implementation of the LATAM IP strategy.

QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law is essential, with admission to the legal profession.
• Master’s level degree in IP/Business Law .
• Working experience as a Legal Advisor, with a focus on IP matters.
• Proactive, practical, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Advance English, speaking and written.

About the departmentThe LATAM Intellectual Property Sr. Manager will be part of our LATAM Regional Office and will have managerial responsibility for IP and other related matters, integrating the LATAM Legal department. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence peers in LATAM Affiliates.
