Descrição da Vaga: At STERIS, we help our Customers create a healthier and safer world by providing innovative healthcare and life science product and service solutions around the globe.Position SummaryManages assigned territory to achieve company order, revenue, and margin objectives by selling STERIS capital and service products into pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology, research and laboratory, medical device, cosmetics, food and beverage and dietary supplement markets.Responsible for developing a high performing service team that drives Customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Recruit, train, develop and retain top talent; manage talent appropriately to ensure team stability and success.Builds and maintains positive Customer relationships through written and verbal correspondence and direct personal contact.This position summary is not an exhaustive list of duties but is intended to give a general indication of responsibilities. Any substantive changes in the range of work will be carried out in consultation with the position holder.DutiesAchieve assigned financial metrics via sales of STERIS capital and service products while managing time, travel, and investments in territory.
Interact daily and effectively with Customers by phone, email and in person to handle commercial requests, technical inquiries, and product related complaints.
Work closely with STERIS Customer Operations, Applications Management and Field Service teams to ensure equipment is quoted, delivered, installed, and demonstrated correctly and on schedule with no erosion of margin.
Maintain accurate sales and service monthly forecasts accompanied by feedback to management to support projections.
Responsible for leading a geographically dispersed service team. Owns talent management and talent acquisition to ensure Customer business expectations are met.
Assure quality of the Customer experience through efficient deployment of resources, frequent Customer contact, and adherence to Corporate and Service quality initiatives. Ensure Customer satisfaction through quality field service processes that maximize technician productivity and efficiency.
Enforce current standards, codes and procedures regarding safe and effective use of equipment, auto maintenance programs, and other policies as required. Ensure STERIS is represented in a professional manner while at Customer sites.
Attain or exceed established operational objectives through the combined efforts of the STERIS team. Responsible for planning, organizing, scheduling, budgeting and supervising technical personnel for assigned area to fully satisfy Customer’s service needs.
Proactively identify and resolve Customer concerns, addressing Customer relationships and technical aspects of the problem. Utilize all resources to solve issues, to include timely escalation of issues to Service Engineering or Senior Management as appropriate with recommended solutions.
Completion of Customer needs analysis and the generation of capital and service solutions with quotes to meet the identified Customer need, including negotiation, pricing and renewal management for existing business.Duties – cont’dEducation DegreeRequired ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or other relevant field1. Business Acumen – results oriented with the skills and desire to meet Customer and Steris needs. Negotiates favorable outcomes with an emphasis on ROI.
2. Technical Knowledge – understands STERIS and competitive products along with Customer applications.
3. Communication – effective communicator via speech and other methods who differentiates themselves with structured follow up and active listening skills.

5. Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and analytical skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional Customer service in a business environment.

8. Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems. Ability to gather and analyze data, propose solutions, and develop action plans to address.
9. Demonstrated ability to apply LEAN and process improvement methods.
10. Strong computer skills, including use of Microsoft applications and CRM/ERP.
11. Must have a valid driver license and good driving record.
12. Fluency in written and verbal English is required.
