You will be involved in the definition and execution of the business operations. This data driven role calls for a rare combination of consumer inspired analytical thinking & inter-personal ability. The ideal candidates for our Operations role should have strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, excellent time-management and organizational habits, and be ready to lead by example. You will be constantly seeking solutions that scale, while overseeing the growth of our business. Your processes and projects will directly contribute to the growth of DiDi business in Latam! Role Responsibilities:This is a critical role as you will be in charge of incentives for the freight categories in 99.This data-driven role calls for a combination of analytical thinking and interpersonal ability to oversee relationships with a very valuable part of our business: our drivers and passengers. You will work with data to monitor our main KPIs and performance, in order to take pricing decisions.Your responsibilities

  • Monitor KPIs to track marketplace performance and drivers and passengers behavior, acting as fast as needed to improve experience
  • Innovation: to be extremely active in chasing opportunities and to be propositional in together with related peers, combining Demand, Supply and Marketing views in new approaches to our users base
  • Be resourceful and scrappy. Take ownership of 99’s growth in your cities and do everything you can to support and enhance the quality of our services.
  • Background with previous experience using data to lead and support business decisions.
  • Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment and adopt a generalist do-what-it-takes mindset.
  • Advanced level of English and in MS Excel/Google sheets. SQL knowledge is a plus, but willingness to learn it is required.

  • Engineering, Economics, Computer science, Business Administration or any related bachelor’s degree;
  • Advanced English;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Skilled in data analytics and experience in data-driven decision making;
  • Hands-on approach;
  • Master in Excel data processing;
  • Independent and strong critical thinking;
  • Mission-driven entrepreneurship and strong team spirit.
