Our Sales Team, represents Mattel Latin America for our clients. In our area we develop large business plans, that ensure our clients’ growth and development in the toy industry. In addition, we always seek to be the best Business Partner and to achieve this, besides of working as a team with Logistics, Marketing and Finance we must acquire in-depth knowledge of each market needs and of our clients opportunities. With us you will learn to conduct in-depth analysis of behaviors, temporalities, market opportunities and results of our strategies to generate insights that will allow us to adjust and improve our business plans.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Back office to support the sales team.
  • Receive, consult and analyze weekly sales and inventory reports from customers.
  • Budget Control *Creation and weekly update of dashboards. (Tableau, Excel or PowerBI)
  • Contact person for issues related to reporting sales information
  • Analysis of Sell Out and Sell In by brand/category/item and action plan recommendation. Support analysis of channels and punctual needs; *Update weekly sales presentations; Support the sales team with routine issues: product cataloging, help with meeting preparation and support materials

Qualifications
