Overview

Trade Finance offers customers in Brazil a range of products, including the Confirmed Payables product, which enables the anticipation of receivables.

The Trade Finance Platform Setup/Support Area is responsible for implementing and ensuring support for Trade Finance customers (contract, setup and access to the platform, interfaces, payment information/status and information for reconciliation and auditing, receipts, support on the day buyer and supplier day-to-day, monitoring of daily payments, incident management, etc.).

What You’ll Do

You will be required to help DB customers when they have difficulties using DB electronic banking website. Duties include:

  • Provide technical support for DB’s corporate business clients who uses Trade finance platform
  • First point of contact for clients, responsible for redirecting queries to the relevant departments and following up to ensure closure of the client issue.
  • Support Confirmed Payables setup and support for all clients on Implementation and Services TPSS
  • Provide support for the Wholesale helpdesks.
  • Provide support for TF Corporates clients and the corresponding CSO’s (Client Service Officer)
  • Investigate Set-up and payment related issues of TF
  • File validation.
  • Access to the platform and related issues support
  • Provide Client Trainings and assistance for the clients on ABTF Platform (Products and Functions);
  • Identify system enhancements and initiate changes requests for future releases;
  • Establishing and improving workflows and procedures;
  • Contact with internal clients and other branches/areas of DB.

Skills You’ll Need

  • Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese (verbal and written)
  • Willingness to work according to Brazilian Calendar
  • Customer service orientation and attitude with an ability to manage client expectations. A proven track record in customer service
  • Flexibility and willingness to work autonomously within set competencies when circumstances require
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and set priorities to meet deadlines whilst remaining responsive, calm, and attentive to client needs
  • Ability to encourage and persuade colleagues in key internal business partner teams around the global DB infrastructure to obtain specific, accurate and timely answers/solutions for clients
  • A deep understanding of trade finance and associated products
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to take full ownership of client issues across the Cash Management organization

Required Education and /or Experience:

  • Demonstrated track record of successful client delivery relationships, interest, and commitment to the work

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Knowledge of Trade Finance product suite
  • General working knowledge of broadly used business and banking technology
